Wish, is the true story of the survival of a young woman who suffered 11 years of abuse at the hands of her ex –partner. It follows a 16 year old girl and how she was gradually manipulated and mentally and physically abused, through to her escape.
Evie James was born in the South West of England in the early 1980’s, where she still lives with her daughter.
Evie has written her story to help raise awareness of domestic abuse and to help empower those in a similar circumstance.
Evie is a passionate campaigner against domestic abuse and 10% of all proceeds from ‘Wish’ will be donated to the charity, Survive.
